Hi! I’m Jennifer—though most people call me Jeni. My love for flowers started in high school when I wandered into a tiny flower shop in my hometown of Delmar, MD. The colors, the scents, the energy, it was a little moment that stuck with me, even though life took me on a different path for a while.

I became a mom at 20, spent over two decades in the corporate world, and discovered my love for weddings along the way. Planning my first wedding at 22 gave me that same spark I felt in that flower shop, helping couples bring their vision to life felt like stepping into my purpose.

In 2022, God blessed me with our daughter, whose middle name is Prim—a nod to the values, grace, and care I hope to pour into everything I do. With the support of my husband and receiving a job offer to manage the best wedding venue on the Eastern Shore, Breckenridge Barn, I jumped at the opportunity and began not only planning weddings again but diving into floral design, learning everything I possibly could, and slowly bringing The Prim Petal to life.

Every bouquet, every arrangement, every detail we create is a reflection of His beauty and intention—a little piece of joy and love you can see, feel, and treasure.
